"Angela watched our two cats while we were away visiting family over Christmas for a week and we couldn't be happier with her service! She was just great with our cats -- they loved her immediately and we could tell she truly cared about their well-being. While we were away Angela was very communicative and would offer updates and would even post videos and pictures to the Business Facebook page. When we came home it was obvious our two little guys had great care while we were away - they were happy and didn't seem stressed at all! (a big surprise for us, as they usually get stressed when we're away for long periods of time). We would definitely use this service again and would readily recommend to anyone! I have learned to trust Angela with Bonnie, who has some anxiety issues, that Bonnie is handled with skill and love. She recently drove in the car with Angela without trembling, a milestone, and I am sure, as result of Angela's tender loving care. "Attended the grooming session this morning to learn how to groom my dog Bailey. Angela explained all the steps thoroughly and tailored the lesson to your dog. Everyone had a turn to groom their dog and learn from the other grooming's. I learned some cool tips that I will practice on Bailey and I definitely recommend this groomer. Wonderful to come home to two happy, relaxed, and well cared for feline furballs who obviously were pleased with their caretaker. Was totally comfortable leaving Angela keys to my house and in charge of my two guys- very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend her to anyone who wants someone to genuinely look after their loved furry friends, not just check in here and there. "I went away to Florida for seven nights. I was a little nervous leaving our cats and dog especially new to the province but the service made it worthwhile and eased all of my anxiety! Kyla stayed in our home with the 24/7 service and our pets were so well cared for and loved. She provided lots of updates and photos ( as did Angela) on the site which we all loved to see. She was completely comfortable giving the required medicine to our senior cat. Our dog was walked twice daily and loved it. He was spoiled! There was NO stress from our animals they were absolutely content when we arrived home albeit excited to see us. The house was in immaculate condition. The litter was clean as was their food and water nicely filled. I will definitely rely on the team in the future and I will definitely have Kyla in again. Happy pets. Happy family.
